The following is a list of the main deadlines during the semester without the specific dates for these deadlines. For applicable dates, please see the timetable for the current academic year.
Registration and enrollment: this is always the first week of the semester (generally the first week of September and the first week of February).
Course add and drop period: this is always the first week of the semester (generally the first two weeks of September and the first two weeks of February).
Period for late adding and dropping courses: this is always from the third to the sixth weeks of the semester, for a total of four weeks every semester. Classwork period: the time from the second week of the semester until exam period, usually 12 to 14 weeks. This includes both class time and days/weeks spent on field practice.
Exam period: this comes after the classwork period, generally from mid-December until late January for the fall semester, and from mid-May until mid-June for the spring semester. Exam period usually lasts 5 weeks.
Exam registration period: the last two weeks before exam period starts, during the classwork period, when students may register for exams on Neptun.
Registration for final exams: Students who wish to take a final exam must register on Neptun. See the timetable for the academic year for specific dates.
Submission deadline for thesis/diploma project: students preparing for their final exams must complete and submit theses/diploma projects by the deadline specified in the timetable for the academic year.
Final exam period: period in the semester during which various parts of the final exams are held. The start and end dates are found in the timetable for the academic year.
Deadline for the submission of complaints: the two weeks following exam period, during which time students may submit complaints via Neptun regarding their grades recorded (or not) on Neptun.
