MAIN INFORMATION:
- You will receive information about the registration process from the Office of Student Affairs of the Buda Campus by email and/or by mail.
- This letter will include your Neptun ID and password for login.
- The student’s contract with the university enters into effect upon registration, thus registration is compulsory!
- The first day on which requests for official proof of your contract of studies with the university may be submitted is on the first day with student office hours following registration, at the Office of Student Affairs.
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO REGISTRATION:
- passport and residence permit/visa (if already available), as well as photocopies of them;
- your Hungarian social security (TAJ) card (if already available);
- card proving your Hungarian tax ID code (if already available);
- bank account number (if already available);
- original high school leaving diploma + 1 copy, and if the original is not in English, then a copy of a certified translation of it into English;
- if credits have been calculated based on previous Master’s degree, vocational training or Bachelor’s degree: original diploma + 1 copy, and if the original is not in English, then a copy of a certified translation of it into English;
- original language exam diploma or equivalent certificate + 1 copy, and if the original is not in English, then a copy of a certified translation of it into English;
- 1 ID photo, with your family name + given name written on the back;
- pen with blue ink;
- hard cover folder/binder for taking notes .
